hell and paradise

havent been updating haha! but today happy happy just feel like posting something.

but blogger is going haywire i cant post pictures and i cant type continuously tsktsk arghhh ):< but still, LONG LONG LONG POST AHEAD.

today had the north face 100 cip, with people really running 100km! ohmy. that's like super shocking cause i cant even complete 5km currently. went with ah gooi we both thought we hadnt been to macritchie but in actual fact we did lah, for the 5-8km runs we had last time in the weekends.
saw the track people and mr quek, and gooi even asked if they are running for the 100km. LOL. of course not haha. the 100km run started at 1am this morning.

so right gooi and i signed up together but in the end we didnt end up with the same job! since we are both foodies we signed up for food station but in the end gooi was assigned to water station and i was at central food station with zhiying. only two of us for that shift! O: and i didnt know her lah, so was sad sad sad at first. somemore cannot swop duties.


zhiying is super duper nice and her voice sounds like somebody that i know. anyway we went there and there is grouchy woman 1 who seems to be a perfectionist and made us do loads of stuff while the other from the previous shift slack slack slack. i think it's cause we very guai do whatever she told us to do. so she bully us. and we arrange the food till we salivate like mad but the people keep telling us cannot eat.):


then still okay lah then comes grouchy woman 2. somehow grouchy woman 1 left after awhile to fend for ourselves. grouchy woman 2 is grouchier and more perfectionist lah she made us carry things here and there cause the presentation of the food not very good then we are like thinking what the hell did we do all the stuff at first -.- while we fume and hallucinate about food somehow the mad rush was suddenly here and we are like running around to get stocks for the food which includes:
apples bananas grapes+strawberries, subway cookies, subway sandwiches, marigold jelly puddings, hard boiled eggs, curry puffs and mineral water!

of course alot volunteers helping out but then again not all efficient nia. got this lady only stand there and tell me that must tell the runners can only take one each but i told her i need to replenish the cookies+sandwiches(which are under her -.-) so i completely ignored her. somemore isnt it ridiculous if you ran like the whole day and only entitled to 1 small sandwich? it looks smaller than 6inch please. AND THERE ARE STILL LIKE BOXES OF EVERYTHING.

some people smart take second helping the lady got spot lah but i ignored her again hahahaha cause busy busy arranging sandwiches (which the lady never really help). and it's damn tiring honesltly. as i put it: manual labour.

and so we run here run there rush here rush there and grouchy woman 2 still ordering us to do this do that zhiying and i pekcek liao. anyway when the crowd eased i told the lady and grouchy woman 2 that people can take more if they want, since there's still many boxes of food. but somehow they worried about rest of people not enough food so must rationise the food. means cannot display too much food. which we ignored also LOLOL there were still like boxes of cookies (peanuts and raspberry since they dont have tags for it so shouldnt display them ._.)

anyway then at the end they say still around 470 volunteers and there was enough food for them but then like only 47 people come like that leh. LOLOL by that time got less people and then we were allowed to kope muffins cause there were like dozens of boxes of muffins and more than enough for some food. but the most tempting is still the cookies we were drooling over double choc which in the end ran out of stock. but before that i stole one whole cookie ;D somehow we koped alot of food later on. except the sandwiches which is a big no no. anyway the grouchy woman becomes less grouchy and she rmb my name and she told us can eat muahaha.

anyway cut to the chase exciting part! when the whole race is ending soon (100km, 50km, 25km) then we had like STILL BOXES OF FOOD SIAO ONE YOU KNOW. then we were like advertising for the food and stuffing everyone as much food as possible even passer bys and volunteers lol! damn funny the volunteers some we know (from rv also) then we were like come come i given you plastic bag you take home for your famliy friends and neighbours anyone you know then we like force them to eat. the runners also we tell them to take all they want they look so happy lah hahaha! then some look super auntie! and when the plastic bags went out (which are not supposed to be given out) then we say i give you box! you bring home this this that and that! super funny one zhiying and i are like forcing them to take everything home. and got this uncle we gave him a box with like XXX food, and one whole entire tray of hard boiled eggs! look like he went shopping at market LOL.

then we (actually only me) got auntie i packed super lot of cookies plus some sandwiches and curry puff after realising super nice plus jellies for dessert wah i super nice to my family. PLUSPLUS eva gooi came back with 4 cartons of milo and she passed me two and i was like wah! (cause i ask her save some milo for me and she brought me back 2 litres! O:) zhiying also dont want then i have like XXXXXX food in my (sis's) bag it was on the verge to break liao lah and i brought back one whole tray of muffins home cause they had like 20+ trays left can you believe it!

so from initially no touching of the food to stuffing people with food and auntie max kope like so much food the change damn drastic i feel bad to those people who only had one serving poor them. in the end we still had boxes of sandwiches and cookies but i dont know what the organiser did to them they just wheel them somewhere else.

in the end shagged like i dont know what but so much food we damn happy and somemore giving people food is a very happy thing to do since they were also very happy got this whole group say they go picnic alr. and the auntie volunteers also super joke they keep saying the leftover food
the monkeys will eat. only one of their many convos on monkeys:

auntie 1: who eat hard boiled eggs!
auntie 2: monkeys!
auntie 1: monkey got eat eggs one ah?
auntie 2: modern monkeys lorh!
dont know why just sounds damn funny! where got modern or non-modern monkeys one!

and then got this few runners talking in front of the station and it was like:
guy: you run very fast leh!
girl: no lah!
guy: i cant even smell your fart!
LOLOLOL

we keep laughing cause alot of funny stuff happen lol.
wah this time the token is really hard earned money but at the same time i gained so much (food). aiyohh. i hope they dont waste too much food X:

cause we are all different

guys and girls think very differently.
maybe it's easier to be a guy sometimes; they like simplicity. whereas girls think too much.

im still very amused, and mostly annoyed by the ignorance of my academics by my parents despite many times of explanation.
me: i've got pw in november. it's an a' level subject.
my mum: aiyah you mean preparation this year for your a' levels next year only mah!

and she still thought that i took a' level higher chinese last year.

lol today after the mock op so many people ask me why i look so sad. nah i dont think i was really sad i think more of worried and also exasperated lol. it's like something stuck inside but i just cant say it out nor do anything. and feeling pretty moody these days, i shall say it's just temporary mood swings. been getting annoyed and whining much, really sorry to those people who have to endure it all! kbox made me so much more happier yesterday haha it's like a form of release you know. and im glad that i've some really great friends.
which makes me miss 4a cause people were simple honest sincere and comfortable (with exceptions haha) though many deem us as muggers but whatever.

i never want to have my displeasure shown and i hope to have respect for my personal space and i dont want to be my own walking diary and my life does not necessarily always XXXXXXX.
i think im way too understanding already that i think im always at fault. but now i just hope to oversee and forget.

ah the cakes look so nice. siao i've been eating alot of other stuff after dinner and now im salivating over these pictures.

anyway nowadays the curiculum is good, i think, just that it took out pe so sad and so many more pw slots! but i guess it's good that they kinda force us to do work. i think it's the examinations and a slack previous week, that made us so unfocused during lessons/lectures! stamina for it is super low lah, been dozing off like some jet lagged traveller.

heartstrings!

hahaha i finally finished heartstrings! very nice heeheehee but i compared it with a little of you're beautiful horh, this one more on romance and less humour lolol but still very nice ^^
though one thing i always cannot really stand is that it's so cliche (some scenes lah some) ._. it's like things that will never happen in reality but i think people fantasize until like that aiyayah. like where got so devoted ppl one but if not so kua zhang then the drama not as exciting liao lol.

heehee there were so many eye candies in the show to swoon over lol think i going mad liao.



the ice cream look damn nice lah they got double scoops wah! ahh the male lead~ :D

the drummer! he's a little mad/weird in the show but very funny and cute ^^

the music in this drama not bad leh ^^ and only 15 episodes aiyohh like a bit de short so fast watch finish already. shall watch you're beautiful next my sister say very funny heheheh.

terrors of all terror

i realised what's so scary about food. they tempt you but make you fat/unhealthy. it's a silent killer.

so i've been gorging damn lot of food really really getting fat and i really mean it! been baking cakes and i've seen the amount of butter and sugar added in, and it's kinda eeewww when you think about it though i think my choc cake not bad for this time hahaha. yah and there's chocolate chips omg i spammed it cause needa finish the whole (okay a quarter) pack.

and then my sister bought 2 tubs of ice cream back cause it was on offer. LOLOL siao liao my family eats ice cream like drink water like that very fast disappear one we also dont know how come so fast. normally 1 2 litre tub of ice cream will be gone at most in 5 days. though ice cream is still... lovely! hahaha!

recently still eat so much fast food and have so much ice cream i think no hope already the amount of fats cannot be gone through exercising one lolol.

so it's like very nice to eat but then later who knows what's stuck in your body and you will never get it out rahhhh.

feeling a little sad cause couldnt catch their concert in singapore! in the f1 race concert today at padang (i think). tickets arent that ex if i rmb correctly is was around 38 bucks (?) but it's late at night and tmr have school. boohoo.

an entire day in orchard

today regina and i went to this legendary place with long snaking queues to shop! i mean window shop. the picture very ugly though, not i pai one haha we went at the night and the scenery much nicer ^^ the stuff are not bad and very affordable! but i i realised it's all the same, as in clothes in h&m are relatively similiar to those in cotton on, forever 21 maybe topshop. i think it's what they perceive as fashionable i suppose, like those patterns/styles are in trend right now. but i think it's kinda boring i like my own style more as in, less girly/not into dresses and acessories yet that kind of thing, i reckon comfort is still the most impt!
though it's really quite cool there, there's like 3 stories and ironically the men and children department/floor was the most crowded one.
wanted to get this earmuff for XXX but decided against it cause we are both broke and indecisive, though we had so many signs that we totally should buy it. maybe we think to much hahaha!

on our way there we saw this band performing sorry my phone camera really cui but this band is really cool they do acapella and beatboxing and they are good! we stayed for a english chinese and malay song each woah they are like trilingual lol. i think they said they participated in the superband before though i dont know what's their group name.

and before we went window shopping.... we had XXX cip at wisma atria! cannot be explicit later they can trace us and flame us haha nolah no lah. so started the day off early in the morning it was a bright and sunny day and we could have slept in for another hour cause the in charge told us to reach an hour earlier by mistake but anyway regina was lateeeee and so we were late but not very late! so we floated in wisma for awhile oogling at food stalls and at clothes and stuff but the shops arent open yet lah LOL it was earlyyy.

then there was lotsa dragging and blah and then we went supposed to be in charge of the tee shirt stocks to pass to the ppl registering the particpants. it was boring and kinda busy and very irritating at times and dark cause we were hiding behind the black canvas but i think it's pretty interesting isnt it a sense of accomplishment to see so many boxes of teeshirts all given out and stuff! hahaha.

oh the food was nice leh i like the nasi lemak for dinner it was freaking nice with lotsa stuff inside woohoo! ^^ and knew more ppl some are really friendly.
cant believe we packed teeshirts for like 10/11 hours im surprised though im very slack and lazy and kept sitting down while this hiong lady was rushing really quickly totally put us young ppl in shame hahaha!

wanted to steal the goodie bag i know inside got nice biscuit heeheehee and the pink shirt cause it's more pretty in colour but in the end didnt. D:

speaking of which we realised that actually rv guys aren't that ungentlemanly in comparison LOLOL.

watched johnny english today! with sec 2 friends haha they are a bunch of funny and sick people LOLOL first time have so many people watch movie tgt.

plot is relatively simple but omg rowan atkinson is like mad, he's a natural joker! damn funny haha and it's so hard to laugh with a full bladder okay but still ohgosh my stomach hurts nia. but he's also a little noob for a spy though thats why funneh!

realised today many people watched the movie! the sjab people plus huixian they all but heheheh we smart we went to cathay instead of contributing to more congestion in jp we have a free drink somemore + cheap student prices how awesome ^^

should go watch it's really nice and funny haha!

complacency

3 hours for math paper seems surprisingly bearable, i remember counting down the hours while panicking over the (undo-able) questions in the hall. i pray, and i hope with my fingers crossed that i can at least get a decent grade.
though i know im at fault. for being so lax in math revision but oh wells, i guess there's nothing i can do about it now, besides learning a lesson.

i guess im such a fickle minded person. been trying to decide on a suitable movie to watch but i still havent come to a conclusion after so long im terrible. cause im kinda sick of hollywood romance comedies that involve you-know-what. the ratings are like mostly pg13 m18 or r.

okay gonna start work tmr and i shall aim not to be too complacent 4 days arent exactly alot.

i seem to have lost the world that was created by the mighty fantasies from books. it's been really long since i've spent the entire day pouring over books (while not feeling guilty for not studying). which i used to do in holidays and whenever NLB comes over for borrowing session :D

so it was kinda overwhelming when i went for the borders sales at expo on saturday, cause there's many many many people, many many many books and a long long long queue. with many people in the queue already reading their books and even people reading their books outside expo in subway while having their meal. booklovers alrighty!

bought 3 books heeheehee for a bargain LOL and met up with primary school friends they really havent changed much hahaha i didnt feel guilty that day for not studying it was an awesome day ^^

teachers' day today, still i found ourselves trapped in the past sometimes i think the jc section is really very accomodating. and honestly, rv's getting too big they cant get the atmosphere right sighhh D:

then went sh's house slack in a bid to save $$$ after the entre lunch (which i ate alot :X) and watched the adjustment bureau which is interesting, but then argh romance scenes more than action, not my type. and the guy like dont know what he wants lah honestly, then come up with some cliche stuff for the lady that sounds like to con little gullible kids ._.
