i hear and i forget. i see and i remember. i do and i understand. 

Looking back at my past photos, i realised how skinny i was in the past! tsktsk, which means how much weight i've gained after leaving netball.  i think by the end of this year i can gain up to 10kg in 2 years, at the rate i'm eating and inertness. i really need to applaud my weight gain scheme.
