no more life

i have totally lost faith in computers. they arent that bad actually, just that our lousy comp just keep breaking down. it just isnt fair. life's isnt fair anyway.
so. no more facebook and youtube. no more facetube. no more movie watching. nothing. completely for work purposes.
and worse, no more hong kong dramas. school's opening, parents say. so, local dramas. arent nice at all, nay.
devoid of entertainment and communication. but still can survive. (:
im relying on my phone now :D

i can list a hundred and one disadvantages on school reopening.

christmas (:

yesterday i went with my sisters to collect the chocolate log cake and headed to aunt's place at yew tee. when we reached our parents were still at queenstown. woah, that's really fast. right.
and then we had some games on xbox and uno, trying to teach my sisters poker, and then bbq! hahahaha. and my cousin brought her boyfriend over :D
had a whooping helping to satays and well, food. there were really alot of satays! my favourite :D and then we headed home, reached home around 12 plus, and then i watched the absolute boyfriend special. haha i didnt expect it to be so long!

anyway, happy new year in advance! :D

baking at regina's :D

yesterday i went regina's house to bake! chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies with icing (: for christmas hahahaha :D so fun :D

oh and regina gave me a christmas present! :D so nice of her and it was really very nice!

it's handmade leh!!! so cool. thank you lots regina!!! (: sorry ah cant rotate it. hahaha.

morning call today (:

i was sleeping. then i got a call.
the caller was like: jiarui! you know who i am?!
me: huh. no. who are you?
the caller: IM TIANTIAN!!!
ohmygosh leh ohmygosh tiantian called me from china!!! from china leh! from china!!!
so cool right hahahaha tiantian called from china!
apparently she called shieuhuei too, but eh, it rang during co! poor sh, so traumatised by the incident.
anyway tiantian knew i just woke up aiyohhh she so clever! hahahah yarlor and i was like blur blur.


okay yesterday i met yuching at great world. supposed to do homework but i ended up like slacking really alot and yuching finished her chem assignment!!! she helped me at the last part cos i didnt want to dig out my notes hahahaha. tsk tsk. i seriously very lazy leh!

but other than that, i like left with maths and chinese leh. maths i needing sh's help then chinese is the massive killer. i shall use the best out of my crapping ability to finish it. HAHA. :D

start of my free week! :D

eh. i know i post random stuff. so i shall continue with random things hahahaha! no lah no lah. okay.

yesterday had matches at kallang, which after that kristal rae yuyan and i went to macs to have lunch and to camp. i mean, we spent like 5 hours doing homework (yesyes, i did okay!) there while eating and talking. (which yuching rephrased it to slacking but i totally disagree) and then there was this sign saying that we should refrain from studying there during peak hours and we were thinking of when peak hours are.

anyway then went home to have pasta for dinner. (: and watched tv and blah. then 11 plus my mum came back from her kbox cum party and there was like some cake, sandwich and a durian puff which i gladly ate them for supper. but i didnt eat the durian puff.

oh so i got a week's of rest and so can go out and enjoy! yay. plus finish up my homework. yesyes.

okay i changed the skin though it's a bit eh, weird. i mean all the words are aligned centre.
anyway i found out that all the words are like super tiny, and you dont really want to read from it. sigh. why no bigger fonts?

okay. i got a friendly later at tkgs, and with another two more games tmr, there's no more official training for this year! and it marks like, the end of 2009!

oh man it also means that i have to really do my homework now, though im halfway done (i think), there's like still so many that i dont know how to do. ):

and oooh, im really excited about the new campus, like everyone's been there except me ):
so many changes next year. new campus, new uniform, new principal and all blah blah.

i just read finished this book, and it was a really small book with small but many words and it looked really not a good book, but it was good. hahahaha. i mean never judge a book by its cover. it's really nice though (:

25 NOV:

we took a plane to sydney, and it was pretty long! and we were spamming movies on the plane. i watched the time traveller's wife, and eh, it can get pretty confusing cause there's many flashbacks. then i watched 500 days of summer, and i sort of get bored of it and i gave up. so i decided to watch transformers, which is a very cool movie but i also gave up halfway. because i needed to sleep hahahaha LOL.

then we took another plane to auckland and we played poker at the airport during the transit time. poor chongtat got to wear a mask when we played slapjack cause all the dust were flying around. lol.

26 NOV:

we reached auckland and we met our tour guide, adele and she's really nice! and max the driver was really funny too. sze nee keep saying she thinks their names are like computers like a dell, and mac (s).

we then went up all the way to mount eden which is really nice and stuff! you get a good view of the city! (: there's like so many daisys and flowers and blah and ms goh took one and hanged it on her jacket! we should have taken a photo.

then we went to the hostel for some afternoon tea and we had brownies and citrus slices. i was hoping for a second helping but i didnt in the end.

after that we went sky tower which is like the tallest building in auckland and we can have a bird's eye view from there. and oh gosh yuching's and my buddy did a bungee jump from there on her 13th birthday! that's so high i wonder how she did that! :D

and then i think me and sze nee went to chiong to bathe and we took around 10 to 15 min and we were on time for dinner! dinner's pasta in white sauce and it was good. and i think we crashed at night after the reflection writing.

27 NOV:

(how come i cant rotate the photos huh!)

we went rotorua, where there is always this smell because of the sulphur from the steam coming up from the ground.

we went to the waitomo caves, where it's made up limestones and there was glowworms!!! it was wonderful when we took the boat ride there was so many glowworms! so glowy hahahaha.

then we went to this dam and waited for it to open and it was such a sight! and the water's really clear.

then we went to this wairakei terraces and we sort of learn more about the geothermal thingies. then i think we were allowed to walk around the city near lake taupo (we call it lake taupok) and sze nee and i went gaga over tip top's ice cream. i wonder why tang didnt want one. so we had a double scoop one. mine was lime and caramel fudge and oh gosh it was yummy! sze nee and cookies and cream with mint smash i think. forget the names hahahaha.

then we went lake taupo(k) and we wanted to go back to the coach but we got lost! so we asked the ppl where's superloo cause the coach's somewhere there. ahahahaha the superloo! :D and i think we went to this another hostel in rotorua and we were at the first floor! less toilets but no need climb stairs (:

dinner's tomato paste with mutton (i think) with chips and garlic bread. watched the whale rider during night time. and once the chief in the movie said: shut your front door up. and sze nee said: what about the back door? and then we later decided this could only be used to ci en cause he fart too much.

and oh tang had this auntie spirit and our whole room is like infected!!! we all packed our showering bag hahahaha.

and then we played poker cards at night with the guys until pretty late in the morning. and ci en keep farting and polluting our air so he had to sit on the window everytime he needs to fart. LOL (he only had his window when we are back in auckland cause the window's big enough for him to sit on).

and i forgot which night it was that we sneaked out at 3am at night to go to macs. it was a long walk and bitterly cold and we sat at this bench to have the food and i bet ppl in the cars passing by are like: what are they doing? and the tchers found out that we sneaked out the next day. and gave us like a warning cause they didnt give us a warning before.

28 NOV:

we are still in rotorua and we had a walk in the rainforest and poor robbie many ppl werent listening to him but i was! though i dint really pay attention (does that count?) and then we walked to this pool where ppl were canoeing down this 7m eh, waterfall or something? i would like to do that hahahaha!

then we went to this farm and had the sheep show first and oh! so many types of sheep! and then we watched them shear the sheep and they got volunteers to milk the cow and also feed the little lambs. then they got their trained dogs to demo how they control the sheep or something and we could take a photo with all the animals later. and this little boy (i forgot his name) was very very cute and ppl are like trying to get their photo with him taken and he was like having this expression: why are all this weird ppl taking photos with me! and we were laughing cause he looked damn funny.

then we had a little ride over the farm. there was this time we could get off and look and feed the sheep and the lamas. and ppl were like OH SHEEP so cute!, and then OH SHIT cause they stepped onto poo. szenee was on the cart and she got to see the whole show and she was laughing like mad. and ppl were chased by the sheep afterwards. and then we had some kiwi juice and honey and oh gosh the honey is super de sweet! lol.

anyway afterwards we had some river studies in the farm and tang was hoping it would rain so that we no need to do. but it was really quite fun cause we get to climb down the eh, slope to get to the river. and oh yuhong and tzechong was trying to catch this fish at the other river bank and so they sneaked and climbed over this sort of broken bridge when the tchers werent looking. and when they got there the fish went away. then the i think mrs wong spotted them and was like: why are you both there?! so they came back and the fish went back to the resting place and we were like: the fish dont like you two!

we then went to this geothermal park and it was spectacular cause you get to see all those steam coming up from the rocks and some boiling mud. and it had this really strong sulfur smell coming up but it was okay.
then we went to the gift shop and later we had to go for this marae which is sort of just next door. it was really interesting but you could see me and szenee dozing off because of lack of sleep haha! but it was really funny when the guys had to learn the haka (how to spell?) dance.

then we had dinner there and the dessert was awesome since we ate them first (irony eh?). then we got like too full and had some main course only. but it was still nice anyway.

then back to hostel, played poker till late again.

oopsie this has been very very long since i posted!!! lol. my comp crashed, you see. (: anyway.

been to the 2e's chalet, it's a big big place and really very nice, but we typically fed the mosquitos there full. and the ants there were vicious you could see them everywhere at the bbq pit and most ppl will get mass attacked by them. we watched final destination 2 and kungfu dunk at night. final destination was all gore and eeww with not much of a plot. should watch quarantined lorh i bet there is a wayyy better plot. and kungfu dunk was at first zzzz, and then at the end zzzz, but ya lah got action. pretty hilarious too.

and then went for cca and blah, and blah blah blah.

eh. oh! today i was at home and then got ppl knock at the door. and then cos i was alone i was superrr wary! lol. then the women started asking me about stress and stuff, and finally AHOY! i know what she wanted to say le. she's wanting me to be a christain! not that i dislike it, it was just that oh, she spoke so long before going to the main topic. sighhh.

and yays im going to nz like next week and super happy about it! though cant really bring much money there and i dont know why.

anyway i want to watch like a lot a lot alot of stuff leh, but then ah, restricted lah cos scared the comp crashed again. and facebook is sort of forbidden too though i still go to it for a while. it's getting boring too.

i read a book that says: the real world corrupts everything it touches.
and i sort of believe it though i dont like the thought of it cos it destroys my fantasy world. lol.

back from class chalet and it was pretty fun! :D

the number of ppl who stayed overnight was like only 5!! the number a bit drastic from the previous night, eh? anyway we learnt how to play majong!!! all thanks to meiwen and laoda :D and we watched night at the museum 2 and angels and demons. and then went home and i almost slipped into a coma. hahahaha no lah no lah i slept for 4 plus hours lah.

gone all at once

yesterday we had training. and afterwards there was no more drinks that we could buy. the vendors were gone. so did the vending machines. oh great. so eva and i were very desperate and we went to queensway to get a drink. and it was pure bliss. really.

anyway then today i went for the obs check up again. and i was pretty annoyed. but the last doctor i went was smart and nice enough to help me write something on that pc of paper. and i think it's really stupid to have it signed now. what if the second wave of h1n1 hits us?

oh i think this part of the story that im reading is pretty hilarious. the way that the child thinks is quite innocent, i think:

the devil dentist

hahahaha LOL i still remembered the primary school dentist. i think she's pretty horrible. yupp horrible. fits perfectly in to the title the devil dentist. just that she isnt really that evil like the one that mr midnight described. but still, good description. :D okay lah okay lah, not that bad.

so today met tiantian at je to go to the mobile dental van in huayi sec school. and hahaha while i was smsing tiantian on the train i was spotted by regina!!! LOL. rv unifrom really stands out :D so it turns out that regina was going to the dentist too! but she was late hahahaha! anyway so we went to the school and i was like saying we might stare at the students there and they will stare back. tiantian calls it the staring incident.
anyway we walked in, and really ah, got this girl really stared at us! and then got this guy said: hey what you doing here! i didnt know he was like talking to us until tiantian started laughing LOL. so i really dao-ed him. HAHAHA.
so anyway we reached the van. then at first we couldnt close the door. hahaha. anyway the female was really funny. hahaha but the male one was so serious. o.0 thn later we finished that time saw kaixin and huiwen.

anyway after that i had a packet of chocolate cornflakes (the machines at the school was really high tech) and bused to je where i had lychee milk tea and tiantian had peach. and um, it doesnt taste nice. sour and sweet. terrible mixture.

oh and now sh's updating me with songs LOL. my playlist is pathetic hahahaha. and facebook's getting boring. oh dear. i prefer a good old book or the game on my nds. lol hahaha. :D

and oh my family finished the drama on 奸人坚. it's pretty hilarious! LOL. like police = 普need屎 and shall we dance = 稍we弹屎
anyway the hk dramas always have a negative ending so it wasnt really a happy ending. and YAY finally can watch 家好月圆that tiantian lent me! :D so happpyyyyy! ^^

anyway, today i was aching like some old grandma again, and didnt want to wake up. im half paralysed according to eva. yesterday's training was pretty tough, and miss loo's really angry, i suppose. that's why we got punished. ):
and our seniors were really nice. thank you (:

but i still got up and went for yoga :D then went to tiong and met with regina for lunch and to buy the new uniform (:
saw xiaoyu liyu and their friend at the kopitam! LOL it was such a surprise. they also came to buy the uniform too. hahahahaha. then regina and i went to buy the uniform (: and we then window shopped around and had hot fudge sundae at macs :D and the lady apparently gave alot of ice cream! YAY :D then went home hahahah.

my mum and my sister were ignorant, may i say that! my mum was like saying my shirt was too short and my shirt too long. apparently they were like expecting my skirt to reach my knees (the longer the better, eewww!) and my shirt to be tucked inside. wonderful. i can try, yes, and i will end up looking like a nerd. lucky i went with regina. if i went with my mum i think i can throw all the uniform away. i spent like dont know how long to convince them that it's like that. that JC uniform's supposed to be like that.
but they still reckon my skirt's too short. maybe. but i really dont think so! and their very logical thinking is that secondary school skirts can be short like i dont know how short, but our's cannot cause it's a pencil skirt. therefore my inference is that pencil skirts/JC style skirts should be longer past our knees. imagine that.

anyway double YAY there's a buffet on monday and somemore at bugis!!! very near my house luhh, got straight bus :D FOOD here i come!!

rollercoaster ride!

yesterday was pretty wild!
i mean, like i was really depressed over my maths yesterday and then snap! i ws really high. i think it's my mood swings. or my results are like turbulent!!! hahahaha LOL!
and ms teo was really funny, she was contradicting herself!!! and apparently she told the other classes the same things too. lol.

anyway, we had training yesterday, supposed to be weights only but later we had court work. and we got our fila bag for the run!!! o.0
the contents are pretty interesting, hmmm yeah, and they were like saying it looked like an auntie bag.
oh hahaha it fits the aunties in our team perfectly. :D
and then court was pretty fun, i mean, like it was different! :D
pretty tiring, think it's because we hadnt exercised for so long. brings back th good old days you know (:
and the seniors had aerobics for fitness, i think!!! seems realllllyyy fun!
but oh well, training days are increased to 3, and it very much means that it's going to be the seasons!! oh dear. so fast. ):

and then kahyan and um,(i forgot her name, sorry) her friend came over.
then i watched finished and i went home cause i wasnt supposed to be, eh, back home late.

i wanted to bake today, but in the end i was just too lazy.

and my mum's getting on my nerves cause she's rather complacent nowadays. in the sense she's pushing housework to us to do.
which is quite an irony cause she likes to complain that she's bored but is increasing the load of housework on us. im super amused.

and my sister's getting all her papers back and really really really, i do not wish to know of anybody's papers. not even mine cause it's just the official end of eoys yesterday and sorry, i have no wish how i fared.
partly because i think im doomed this time.
and so my sister babbled on her results, and likes to um, say that she's top half/first/second/whatever in class.
i dont like comparision, nay.

then we had lunch at macs, mcspicy for all of us. and it was pretty spicy!

then we dwindled here and there and we went home!
and it was pouring and lady luck wasnt with me in the sense i dont bring umbrellas out.
hmmm and then my family was waiting for Potato to come home.

poor little Smelly was struggling so hard when she force fed it medicine last time.
that time i remembered i had screamed at her when poor little Smelly struggled so hard.
i would had screamed at her yesterday if i was there.
then she would have released it.
Smelly wouldnt have died.
but now it laid in that little box buried with wood shavings.





i would have liked to blame my mum for it.
shouted and really really hate her.
but i couldnt.
my mum was super guilty.
she cried until i dont know what, cos i wasnt there.
i only knew through my sis.
and she said the dinner was terrible and my dad has to help my mum to wash the dishes cos she was damn emotional.
so when i came back home she was like a ghost and i couldnt really couldnt blame her and need to fake a smile and say it's okay.

poor Smelly had a hard life.
i hope it is in a better place now.

it was damn disguisting okay if you imagine it.

hmmmm saturday had a wonderful time at tang's.
we had a surprise birthday party!!!

so we had a bbq party, so no balloons or anything,

cos, i just found out that,
my dad is absolutely/utterly handsome when he was young!!

but anyway it was niceee.
and im like also watching this hongkong drama which im lazy to type out the chinese name, everyday! cos our cousin just sent us this whole box of CDs of hongkong dramas which aren't very recent nor very old. and i havent finish inspecting what dramas there are there. it's just this whole box sitting down there (maybe it stands).

hahaha it's really a sight there the whole place is packed and well, it's outdoors and there's so many people who brought like i dunno how much stuff there to picnic.
there's wine and those glasses too. imagine that.
and the performance is really nice hahaha adrian pang is a natural comedian. and overall a BIG THANK YOU to yuching for bringing me to such a great show. (:
and today is well eh weird. im like trying to get my OBS form filled and it's really killing me you know im like going around in rounds and rounds and rounds. and finally i got it filled. yays.
and oh wells the stupid mid year results is really saddening me.
but livia says "you sad also wont get higher marks". she's so right.
so tone down to simpilcity and see: at least i passed.
there's no need for flying colours. :D

yays. can take a little breather, relax a little teeny weeny bit, but it's better than nothing. and then we will be back to the normal state, rushing rushing rushing. there's no end to it.

but then again, i have no wish to know my results.
i know i would be sorely disappointed. i know.
maybe i would just take a peek, and then burn the whole paper.
maybe. maybe im regretting why i dint study harder.

i think this is just the start of something bad.

and well went to watch star trek yesterday. it's really fascinating though im a bit confused about the present and future thingy.
overall it's awesome. :D
